About Me

Hi there! I’m Nicolette. 

I’m a first time mom, currently expecting baby number two.  

Just like you, I am  experiencing the trials and errors of parenthood. 

I’ve created this page to share my journey and all that I’ve learned and am continuing to learn. 

The purpose of this page is to share evidence based research, discuss all things related to pregnancy, labor, and delivery, share my journey of motherhood, and much more! 

If you are a new mom or dad and have moments of feeling defeated, or like you are failing, I want you to know that NO ONE can be a better parent to your baby than YOU! 

Motherhood has been the biggest learning curve of my life.  I hope that by sharing my research, challenges, and growth, it will help you to feel seen and give you inspiration and empowerment to keep moving forward, taking one step at a time.
